Welcome to M-42 Redbone’s, we are just North of Lake City, Michigan. Our family is dedicated to raising healthy, good tempered, loving Redbone Coonhounds!

We have 3+ acres with a Petsafe underground fence system giving our dogs room to run and play. We also have a pens for the puppies to play in starting at 5 weeks of age. We have a heated/cooled indoor birthing unit for mom/puppies so that the puppies are raised inside our loving home. Puppies get lots of freedom after being weaned, they go out on the porch and in the house as the please. Once they are big enough we introduce them to the doggy door. We do not crate or kennel any of our dogs or puppies, we do use crates for them to sleep in so they will get used to it, but the door is always open. We believe in lots of freedom at all times. We truly love our dogs and every puppies with all of our heart!!

Redbone’s are an amazing breed and we absolutely love working with them!! They have a lot of energy and need room to run. They do follow their nose so you will want to be have a tall fence or underground fence to keep them home. A tracking collar is also a good idea. They are great hunters, trackers, show dogs and the perfect family pet! They are extremely smart, loyal, amazing bed warmers, children and family loving dogs and the ultimate best friend!! We ship worldwide and are currently in many states in the United States. You are welcome to come to us to pick up your pup, if that is not an option we do have our own flight nanny and transport nanny. We are also happy to meet you. There is a separate fee for that, each is a different price according to location.

We ask that you take your puppy to your veterinarian within 7 days of pick up. All of our puppies are AKC and UKC registered, will be wormed 4 times, have their first 2 immunizations, and microchipped before they go home.
